You need permission from the Club to enter this airfield as it is MOD property. To access the airfield if you approach Edith Weston from the main Stamford to Empingham road you follow the road until you see the mini roundabout in Edith Weston village. Just before the roundabout you will see a road called Pennine Drive, turn into it and follow the road until you come to some barriers, carry on straight down towards the large white building on your right. You will see a barrier, this will be locked unless there is a club member on site. If open, lift up,enter and lower barrier making sure the clasp is back over the rail so it looks like it's still locked. Drive straight intil you see the main runway on your right. Drive up it but don't drive over any grassy areas, keep to the tarmac. Our runway is half way up past the rough parts.
